Jesus the Healer

Christ, Who Makes Us Free To Serve

Without Christ our lives would be pure drudgery.
We would be like slaves, or like workmen with nothing
to look forward to but our wages. But the healing power
of Christ has transformed our lives; now we are free
to make ourselves like Him.

Departure for Westminster Cathedral for
Cardinal's Mass for Altar Servers

My Dear Friends,

Next Saturday is a very important day for our altar servers. Each year His Eminence the Cardinal, in his role as Superior General of the Archconfraternity of the Guild, celebrates a special Mass, for, and with them.

It is a day of witness and worship, and the Cathedral is usually very full indeed, with most of the nave being filled with servers. They are a splendid sight to behold as the process in to the building, and a wonderful witness to their faith. I would ask you to support them with your prayers on this, their special day. All are welcome to come along! Servers are reminded that we shall be leave St Gregory's of at 11.15 am - don't forget your cassocks and cottas!!

It has been very encouraging to see a slight increase in our daily Mass numbers. Remember that God is not just for Sunday but for every moment of our busy lives.

God Bless.

CTS PUBLICATIONS.

A whole new selection of CTS pamphlets have been placed in the racks in the church porch. These excellent booklets are well worth purchasing; they contain much Catholic teaching and wisdom. Do give them some of your time.
