My Dear Friends,

It is with particular pleasure that we welcome Sr Azezet of the Comboni Sisters to the parish this weekend. Sister will speak at all Masses about the work of her order throughout the world. The Comboni Sisters are an international community of consecrated Catholic women who strive to grow in faith and humanity. Their aim is to witness to that faith by reaching out to those on the margins of our world.

I am quite certain that Sister will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about their wonderful work, and I know we will make her very welcome.

Thank you to those of you who have already sold raffle tickets for the Christmas Draw. There are, as I am sure you will not be surprised to hear, many more tickets available!! We shall put them out again next weekend, but should you require any in the interim, they may be had from Gillian or myself, at any time, from the presbytery.

The Confirmation programme was sent to all candidates recently. If you have not received your copy by Wednesday ring me!

God Bless.
