In just four weeks time we will be celebrating the Feast of St Gregory the Great, and details about the time of Mass etc. are on this newsletter.
It is always a great day and hopefully we'll see some decent weather after what has been a truly dreadful summer! But such a celebration involves a huge amount of help and preparation.
Please do consider signing one or more of the lists in the porch. Help will be needed both in setting up at the beginning of the day, serving during the day, and clearing up at the end of the day; to say nothing of food! Let's make this a truly joyful and blessed celebration and have a wonderful day together!
On sale in the porch today is the new edition of the Westminster Record. Please note that there is a particularly helpful section entitled "Choosing a Catholic Secondary School" which I know will be of interest to many of you. Get your copy today!

1st RECONCILIATION AND 1st HOLY COMMUNION
Parents of children hoping to make their 1st Reconciliation and 1st Communion in 2009/2010 are asked to collect a registration form from the church porch and to return the completed application to the Presbytery before 10th September. These forms are for children who will be in Year 3 next term.
