My Dear Friends,

Once again I'd like to start by thanking Fr Michael Stewart and Mgr John Conneely for covering the weekend Masses whilst I've been away with the Guild of St Stephen on their visit to Rome and Assisi. I am deeply grateful for their help and support.

Next weekend we shall be celebrating our great day of festival - the Feast of St Gregory the Great. The lists asking for food and help are still in the porch and I do hope that many of you are able, in whatever way you can, to help out in making this a truly wonderful family celebration.

Can I also draw your attention to the help needed in school on Wednesday? Mrs Helen Andrews is very keen to have everything in good order for the return of the children to school and after all the rebuilding work there is much to do! If you can give a little of your time please just turn up at school at 9 am - thanks!

God Bless.
