My Dear Friends,
Tuesday of this week is the feast of All Saints, a Holy Day of Obligation, and we should all be at Mass on this day. Please note that three Masses will be offered, at 10 am in church and 11.15 am in school and finally in church at 8 pm in the evening.
The next day is the Feast of the Holy Souls and once again two Masses, this time of Requiem will be offered at 10 am and 8 pm.
The annual collection for the Sick and Retired Priests' Fund take place next weekend and all the money that is raised will be used to ensure that elderly priests and those who are struggling with ill health receive the care and support that they need. This really is an important collection as the fund is entirely dependent on donations.
So could I ask you to take a donation envelope home with you this weekend and to bring it back with your contribution next weekend? Furthermore, if you are a tax payer, could I ask you to complete the Gift Aid declaration on the back of the envelope as this will add an extra 25 pence to every £1 that you give at no extra cost!

AN EVENING OF JOSEPH HAYDN MUSIC IN AID OF THE LOURDES FUND
To be held at the church of Our Lady of Victories in Kensington on Friday 25th November at 7.30 pm and to be performed by the University College Orchestra. The Archbishop will be in attendance and there will be a champagne reception in the crypt afterwards. If you would like tickets for the concert and also for the reception, either speak to me, or to Zoe Dacouta whose number is on the poster in the porch.
NOVEMBER DEAD LIST
The month of November is devoted to the Holy Souls. As always there is an opportunity for us to pray for them. Envelopes and prayer lists forms in the porch. Please return them with your offerings for these Masses to the Presbytery as soon as you can so that Gillian can prepare the lists - thank you.
CONFIRMATION 2012
Those wishing to make their Confirmation and who are in Year 9 or above are invited to collect forms from Fr Dennis after Mass. Please note that only those seeking to be confirmed may collect these forms. Applications will NOT be accepted after 30th October
DON'T FORGET! THERE IS COFFEE IN THE PARISH HALL AFTER THE MORNING MASS ON SUNDAY.
