My Dear Friends,
Will you help our sick and elderly priests?
The annual collection for the Sick and Retired Priests' Fund takes place this weekend. All the money that you give will be used to ensure that elderly priests and those who are struggling with ill health receive the care and support that they need.
This important fund is entirely dependent on your kind donations. Furthermore, if you are a tax payer, could I ask you to complete the Gift Aid declaration on the back of the special envelopes as this will add an extra 25 pence to every £1 that you give at no extra cost!
I am all too aware that we are living in difficult times. Many people have lost their jobs and others and struggling to make ends meet. So I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, in advance, for your kind - prayerful and generous support.
Finally, there will be a special Mass of Remembrance at 8 pm on Wednesday 16th November. This Mass, during this month dedicated to the Holy Souls, is to give us the opportunity of remembering, in a special way, those we have loved and lost. As always there will be an opportunity to light a candle in remembrance during Mass.

AN EVENING OF JOSEPH HAYDN MUSIC IN AID OF THE LOURDES FUND
To be held at the church of Our Lady of Victories in Kensington on Friday 25th November at 7.30 pm and to be performed by the University College Orchestra. The Archbishop will be in attendance and there will be a champagne reception in the crypt afterwards. If you would like tickets for the concert and also for the reception, either speak to me, or to Zoe Dacouta whose number is on the poster in the porch.
THE ASSOCIATION OF SEPARATED AND DIVORCED CATHOLICS
