My Dear Friends,
The annual collection for the "Westminster Ecclesiastical Education Fund" will be taken up at all Masses this weekend, and it is vital that we support those men in training for the priesthood.
As I mentioned in the newsletter last weekend, We are very blessed in our diocese to have an increasing number of men offering themselves for training.
But the preparation of new priests takes six years and depends on our donations. So please be as generous as you can be!
Next weekend Fr Franco (of the Verona Fathers) will be visiting the parish to tell us of their work throughout the world. I feel sure we will give him a very warm welcome.
Please note the arrangements for weekday Mass: they are different to the norm.
Finally, Red Caps and their parents are reminded of an important meeting in church on Tues 12th May at 8.30 pm.

ST. MARY'S CHURCH - GOLDEN JUBILEE
As part of their celebrations there is a Flower Festival in church from Sun 3rd to Sat. 9th (2 - 6 pm). It includes an arrangement by our own ladies. Do pop in to see their work!
WALSINGHAM PILGRIMAGE
