My Dear Friends,

We are an Easter people and ALLELUIA is our song!!

Once again we come to the Day of Resurrection and we rejoice with our Lady and the disciples that the Lord is risen indeed.

Now is the opportunity for us all to look back over the last 40+ days and see the wonderful opportunities that God has given us to draw closer to Him. I do hope you have all enjoyed our Holy Week services? I can assure you that it has been an extraordinary privilege for me to celebrate them with you again this year.

Thank you so much for your generosity on Good Friday. The collection for "the Holy Places" looks to be truly magnificent.

As I am sure many of you are aware most of the sites of our Lord's ministry in the Holy Land, are looked after by the Church. Our support is vital, particularly in the light of the continuing violence in that land and the ever-decreasing number of pilgrims who visit.

Finally may we all enjoy this wonderful Easter Day and may we bring the light of the Risen Christ, not only into our own homes, but to all whom we meet.

God Bless.
